Pricing: $185/hr
New builds and remodels can be complex with a lot of moving parts, so we bill hourly for our design time and separately for any furnishing or material orders. A retainer will be due on commencing the project. We have contractors we recommend, but hiring and paying the contractor will be completely separate and managed by the client. If you have any questions about budget, please reach out to us!
All of our 3D renderings are done by our Senior Design Director, Jillian Bradley.
Full Service Design Process

Design Discovery Call (First conversation with client to talk about proposed project)
Preliminary Consultation to establish project scope, budget, expectations, and timeline. (Meeting at project location)
Contract Signing (A proposal and contract will be sent for review and signature. After signing the contract, the retainer invoice will be sent)
Measurement meeting and project walk-through at project location (Gather measurements and review client welcome guide)

Design Discovery Meeting (Meeting in showroom to review materials, educate on options, and talk through client’s answers to the design questionnaire)
Design Review Meetings (Meetings in the showroom to review drafts of renderings with materials and any requested revisions to the renderings)
Final Design Review (Client will sign off on all renderings/specs of the project in order to begin work)

Project Execution (Materials are ordered, client hires contractor, a finish book with all renderings, material call outs, electrical and plumbing specs, and more are provided to the contractor, and plan is established for installation and execution)
Build Observation (We observe that the design plan is being followed in execution of construction)
Receiving of Furniture, Lighting & Decor (We will receive all orders at our warehouse)

Interior Walk-Through with Client & Contractor (Final walk-through to create punch list of any areas that need touched up)
Installation, Interior Styling, & Photography (After the contractor gives us the go-ahead, we coordinate to install and style everything and then have it photographed)
Final Project Reveal!
